Adresa e Aleea Vergului nr. 4 bloc 15. Expertiza a fost realizat\u0103 \u00een anul 1993, dar \u00eentre timp blocul a fost reabilitat termic, astfel c\u0103, cel pu\u021bin teoretic, urgen\u021ba trebuie s\u0103 fi disp\u0103rut (urgen\u021bele presupun c\u0103 \u00een caz de cutremur major fa\u021badele imobilelor vor fi afectate). Unul \u00eemi spunea mai deun\u0103zi c\u0103 urgen\u021bele sunt echivalente cu riscurile, c\u0103 dac\u0103 avem U2 el e de fapt RS2. Gre\u0219it. Chiar pe site-ul prim\u0103riei e precizat \u00een dreptul Urgen\u021bei: \u201eINCADRARE IN CATEGORIE DE URGENTA; NEINCADRATE IN CLASE DE RISC SEISMIC CORESPUNZATOARE\u201d. Deci U nu e egal cu RS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Urgen\u021bele, dac\u0103 am \u00een\u021beles corect, sunt premerg\u0103toare Riscurilor (\u00een urma acestor \u00eencadr\u0103ri se fac recomand\u0103ri, dar nu oblig\u0103; de ex. Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 3 a \u00eenceput de c\u00e2\u021biva ani o expertizare ampl\u0103 a blocurilor nereabilitate termic, care, odat\u0103 \u00eencadrate \u00een urgen\u021b\u0103 sau risc, devin prioritare \u00een reabilitare, dar nu vor fi obligatoriu reabilitate. Asta constituie o problem\u0103 pentru proprietarii din aceste imobile care vor s\u0103 v\u00e2nd\u0103 pentru c\u0103 pre\u021bul scade corespunz\u0103tor cu \u00eencadrarea; dar despre asta \u00eentr-un articol viitor). Iar pentru a fi \u00eencadrate \u00een clase de risc trebuie f\u0103cute expertize tehnice noi. \u00cens\u0103 dac\u0103 imobilele au fost reabilitate dup\u0103 \u00eencadrare, Urgen\u021ba nu ar mai exista, deci n-ar mai fi necesar\u0103 o nou\u0103 expertiz\u0103 pentru \u00eencadrare \u00een clas\u0103 de risc. Poate doar s\u0103 se fac\u0103 unele mai profunde, m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc c\u0103 la funda\u021bie \u0219i structur\u0103, \u0219i abia apoi \u00eencadrate \u00een Risc Seismic. Doar c\u0103 aceste expertize tehnice de profunzime, \u0219i nu  \u201evizuale rapid\u201d (cum spunea primarul general c\u0103 vor fi f\u0103cute pentru 15.000 de imobile din Bucure\u0219ti p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul anului acestuia), cost\u0103 foarte mult \u0219i asocia\u021biile nu \u0219i le permit (\u0219i nici nu \u0219tiu dac\u0103 vor, dac\u0103 nu au beneficii la consolidare), iar prim\u0103ria nu mai e interesat\u0103 de acestea, av\u00e2nd suficiente imobile \u00eencadrate \u00een clase de risc pentru care s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 eventuale fonduri.  Deci e foarte probabil ca Urgen\u021bele s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 mult \u0219i bine urgen\u021be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Astfel c\u0103 b\u0103ncile n-au dec\u00e2t s\u0103 se adapteze pie\u021bei \u0219i s\u0103 crediteze. \u0218i o vor face probabil toate. Momentan pot s\u0103 v\u0103 asigur c\u0103 am v\u00e2ndut cu BCR apartamente \u00een blocuri cu Urgen\u021be.
