De ce nu condi\u021bioneaz\u0103 predarea de \u00eencasarea pre\u021bului \u00een oricare draft?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"> De ce nu transmite \u00eentotdeauna b\u0103ncii creditoare notele de \u00eenregistrare de la Cartea Funciar\u0103 pentru intabularea ipotecii \u0219i a noului proprietar? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">De ce contul v\u00e2nz\u0103torului e trecut \u00een fiecare act, iar cel al cump\u0103r\u0103torului nu? De ce nu g\u0103sim termene cu penalit\u0103\u021bi pentru schimbarea contractelor de la utilit\u0103\u021bi? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">De ce \u00eei solicit\u0103 v\u00e2nz\u0103torului declara\u021bie c\u0103 a \u00eencasat pre\u021bul at\u00e2ta vreme c\u00e2t legea nu oblig\u0103, iar contractul de v\u00e2nzare \u00eei d\u0103 dreptul cump\u0103r\u0103torului s\u0103 solicite b\u0103ncii dovada c\u0103 s-au \u00eencasat  <br>(art. 1504 din Codul civil)? \u0218i dac\u0103 o solicit\u0103, de\u0219i nu e necesar\u0103, de ce pune pre\u021bul acesteia \u00een sarcina v\u00e2nz\u0103torului c\u00e2nd \u201echeltuielile pl\u0103\u0163ii sunt \u00een sarcina debitorului\u201d (art. 1498 din Codul civil)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">De ce nu e prezent\u0103 \u00een oricare contract de v\u00e2nzare posibilitatea rezolu\u021biunii unilaterale de c\u00e2tre v\u00e2nz\u0103tor \u00een situa\u021bie de neplat\u0103 conform art. 1550 \u0219i 1552 din acela\u0219i Cod civil?
